The goal if this project is to explain Volunteer West Virginia's programs and to connect with people across the state. There will also be opportunities to network, learn new things, and win prizes!

Excellence in Action: Governor's Service Awards
February 7th | 1-2PM
Presented since 1995, the Governor’s Service Awards honors individuals and groups that exemplify outstanding dedication to volunteerism and community service in West Virginia. Any individual, organization, group, family, or business in West Virginia actively engaged in voluntary service benefiting the state may be nominated.​​​ In this webinar, we will feature several previous GSA winners and review this year’s application process. ​ Click here to register.

Volunteer Management Training

It's National Volunteer Month - a great time to celebrate the success of West Virginia’s volunteer programs! During this meeting, we will present an abbreviated version of our Volunteer Management Training. If you have not taken this training with us before, be sure to register. We will share tips and tricks on how to recruit volunteers in your community and will provide plenty of time for networking with fellow volunteer managers from across the state.​ Click here to register.
