Start An AmeriCorps Program
Each year, Volunteer West Virginia provides funding for organizations to develop AmeriCorps programs in West Virginia. These programs utilize 5+ AmeriCorps volunteers who can focus on education, economic opportunity, environmental stewardship, disaster services, healthy futures, and veterans & military families. Nonprofits, Institutes of Higher Education, Tribes, and Government Agencies are eligible to apply. If you are interested in starting an AmeriCorps Program, please contact our AmeriCorps team at,

Host An AmeriCorps Member

Host An AmeriCorps Team
Teams of AmeriCorps volunteers are also available for short term projects. AmeriCorps NCCC volunteers serve for 3-6 weeks. Teams can clear trails, build homes, spruce up museums, serve youth - and more! No match or cost share required. To learn how to sponsor a team contact
